Expressions of Interest are invited from First Nations members to attend PowerMakers 2025 happening on Mparntwe country (Alice Springs) from 13-16 October 2025.
PowerMakers© is a transformative program designed to empower First Nations people to drive First Nations participation in and ownership of clean energy solutions in our communities and on Country.
Our goal is to equip First Nations participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to spearhead clean energy initiatives and make a positive impact both within their communities while also taking First Nations leadership of the clean energy transition in Australia to the next level.
We’ve held two successful PowerMakers programs to-date: PowerMakers 2023 and PowerMakers 2024.
PowerMakers 2025 will build capacity and knowledge of future First Nations leaders to support communities in the clean energy transition.
By equipping leaders, and in turn communities, with skills and knowledge, First Nations will be ready to seek out and benefit from clean energy development opportunities – and to participate in and benefit from Australia’s renewable energy transformation.
PowerMakers 2025 is happening from 13-16 October 2025.
Only First Nations Members of the First Nations Clean Energy Network are invited to submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) to be considered for participation in our next PowerMakers program. Become a Member of the First Nations Clean Energy Network here.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformative initiative that will not only enhance your personal skills and knowledge but will also contribute to the collective progress of First Nations clean energy solutions and the role of First Nations leading the energy transition throughout Australia.
We will only accept 26 individuals into the PowerMakers program. Please note your EOI does not guarantee participation in PowerMakers. Once we have reviewed all applications, we will be in touch with further details.
