The federal government has moved the submission date for responses to its First Nations Clean Energy Strategy consultation paper.
The Strategy aims to ensure First Nations people lead and benefit from the clean energy transition.
As the Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water says, it will deliver a framework for priority outcomes and actions, and will support self-determined aspirations and stimulate investment, cooperation, and enduring benefits across the government, non-government, and industry sectors.
To have your say, the Department invites you to:
-
read the consultation paper;
-
provide feedback by taking the survey, and/or
-
provide a written submission.
Submissions are now due 9 February 2024.
See here to respond.
